  • COMPLETE KIT - Includes: 1 steel frame, 2 pieces 12" wheels, 2 polyester straps with cam buckles, 2 short axles, 2 long axles, 2 screws, 1 hex key, 4 push caps, 2 flat washers, and 2 locking washers.
